My 2:42 of Fame

If you’ve never been to a Corridor Nine event, you don’t know what you’re missing.

A couple of weeks ago, I attended their Speed Networking Breakfast. It was a especially fun for me that morning and thanks to Catie Foertsch (who’s always watching), I can show you why!

Thank you Corridor Nine! Thank you Catie!

No real lesson here other than to remember Woody Allen’s advice that 70% of success in life is showing up!

  1. Congratulations on your award, Rick. I’m certain it was well deserved. Please consider this note a hearty hand-shake and strong pat on the back! I’m also surprised that I saw you on video standing in front of a room full of people three separate times without uttering a word! Would that be creative editing, or was it just too early in the morning for you?

  2. Rob, did you notice that nobody handed me a microphone? Could it be that they knew what to expect and planned accordingly?

  3. Rick Great job !! The reason Rick couldn’t speak was because it was speed networking and he had already been at each table twice so everyone already heard what he had to say. Wait everyone in that room knows Rick all 300 of them : )
